Buzzard's Bay C420 National Championship, August 2016
Hi There! Just wanted to give you a little bit of information about myself and let you know how to get a hold of me.
My name is Julia Cronin and I've been teaching at IDCS since the fall of 2009. Prior to my teaching career, I spent 17 years as a research chemist at Pfizer. I spent time in Animal Health Discovery Chemistry, Immune Enhancer Discovery Chemistry, and Technical Transfer and Regulatory Documentation in Chemical Research and Development.
I have three wonderful children, one at Ledyard High School and one at Mount Holyoke College and one at Springfield College. We also have a small family farm, filled with a variety of animals ranging from pigs, a donkey and horse, to chickens and of course, dogs and cats!
My passion is science, particularly as it relates to sustainable living. I hope to share my enthusiasm with your child in a way that will make them appreciate the relevancy of science to their everyday life.
The best way to get a hold of me is by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Wishing you the very best for a productive year!
